The Sustainability Report produced by the Hera Group provides the most important and
representative documentation of our dialogue with stakeholders and local communities.
This report provides us with an opportunity to outline the new approach taken by the company. This new approach was adopted not only in view
of structural changes within the targeted market, but, more importantly,
as the result of a specific corporate policy decision to foster meetings and exchanges with our stakeholders.
The terminology used to present the facts and figures in this report is designed to be as accessible as possible to the non-specialised reader.
When we cannot avoid using highly technical terms, these terms are highlighted (green), and explanations are provided in a glossary on the
last pages of the report.
This report also contains in-depth information on areas of particular interest:
- data and projects of area significance;
- awards received and acknowledgement of the validity of our endeavours.
A version of the report is also available in CD format (CD ROM with browser), including other corporate documentation and details regarding the social responsibility of Hera.
